‘Tell Me’ is a funky, fresh offering from neo-soul singer Kaisha. Warm, wobbly synths open the track, creating a laid-back accompaniment for her hazy vocals. Slightly swung drums merge with jazzy chords to create a sound that wouldn’t be out of place in the 70s, but modern production and moments of experimentation bring Kaisha’s style right up to the minute. She explains that the tune is about “when things keep falling apart even when you glue them together.
